• Check off whether or not you have a Fifth Third bank account, credit card or home equity line of credit. This article assumes that you don’t
• Check off “I have a Fifth Third Auto Loan, Installment Loan or Mortgage Loan”
• Choose “Mortgage” from the dropdown menu that appears
• Add your account number
• Type in your entire social security number
• If you don’t already have them handy grab all your related loan documents and check off “Yes, I have my loan documents ready”
• Click the “Get Started” button at the bottom—it will change colour when you’ve filled all fields on the form
• Answer all verification questions using information from your loan documents
• Complete all further instructions provided by the website. You will be asked to create a password and confirm your email address
